NFL Daily Fantasy Sports Lineup - Week 12

Hey Who2Start'ers!  Obviously we were off yesterday gorging our bellies full of turkey and stuffing.  And watching some pretty good football.  Well, at least the Redskins/Cowboys game was good.  The others, well, let's say we didn't need the tryptophan to fall asleep.  With a reduced slate of games this weekend, building a DFS lineup could be construed as easier (or harder) depending on your point of view.  We've entered the $200K Sunday NFL Dive ($1 entry, 235k entries possible).  Good luck!

Defense:  One of the "mid-level" defenses this week, at least price-wise, the Titans ($4,500) look like a good starting option facing the very-below-average backup Matt Barkely for the Bears.

Kicker:  Trending upward the past few weeks, the Bucs' Roberto Aguayo ($4,500) looks like a good kicker option this week.  No weather concerns, his offense facing a stout D... should have more than a few chances at production.

Wide Receiver:  Let's just get this out of the way now.... A.J. Green is out and the Bengals rookie Tyler Boyd will step in and fill the void the best he can.  At just $5,600, he's a total value especially given the Ravens giving up the 4th-most fantasy points to WRs.

Running Back:  We're hoping that other FanDuel'ers will think that Jay Ajayi is too expensive.  He really is, but we will spend the $8,400 because his prospects are so favorable against the Niners in Miami.

Tight End:  Gronk's out again (more than likely) and with him sidelined last week, everyone thought that Martellus Bennett would go crazy against the Niners.  No such luck.  As a result, it may shun some folks from rostering him.  Not us.  Big game potential here, and at just $5,500 he is a major value.

Running Back:  Gonna overspend at RB again.  Demarco Murray ($8,300) may touch the ball 30 times against Chicago.  He might be on the "chalky" side but we will find "unique" plays with our QB and final WRs.

QB/WR stack:  Looking at the current over/unders for Sunday, we look to the ARI/ATL tilt and the OAK/CAR contest.  Cheapest QB out of those four teams is Carson Palmer ($7,100).  Something is off there.  The Falcons allow the MOST fantasy points to QBs.  That said, Palmer has been all over the map, tossing INTs, throwing for big yardage in some games but fewer TDs, or lower yardage with more TDs.  Just too much to like here, and even with us leery of his "for sure" production, the upside is huge.  And we pair him with Larry Fitzgerald ($7,200), who is by far his steadiest pass-catcher and should have a huge game.

Wide Receiver:  We're left with $8,900 so we will find a pass catcher in one of those two matchups listed above.  Julio Jones is a thought at $8,700, but we'll go with Amari Cooper ($7,800) was strong at the end of last week's contest, and with no Luke Kuechly commanding the Panther defense, Cooper should be busy.

QB - Palmer ($7,100)
RB - Ajayi ($8,400)
RB - D. Murray ($8,300)
WR - Cooper ($7,800)
WR - Fitzgerald ($7,200)
WR - Boyd ($5,600)
TE - Bennett ($5,500)
PK - Aguayo ($4,500)
DEF - Tennessee ($4,500)
