Pass Happy/Run Happy - Week 12

Pass Happy

Minnesota (@DET):  The early Thanksgiving game should actually be a pretty nice battle between NFC North leaders Minnesota and Detroit.  The Lions give up the 3rd-most points to QBs.  Sam Bradford had a down Week 11, but before that he went for 307/2 against Washington.  And just a few weeks ago he put up 273/1 against these same Lions.  Expect that to be his floor, with more potentially.  The Lions are terrible against TEs, so expect Kyle Rudolph to have a big game.  Stefon Diggs is 50/50, so watch his practice status today.  Lots of WR options could step up.  Solid Starts:  Bradford, Rudolph, Diggs (if 100%)  If Diggs Is Out = Good Starts:  Cordarrelle Patterson, Adam Thielen

Arizona (@ATL):  This has shootout written all over it.  The Falcons have given up the MOST fantasy points to QBs and we expect Carson Palmer to have a huge outing in keeping up with a Falcon offense that should be able to move on the Cardinal D.  Worth noting here, though, is that WRs outside of Larry Fitzgerald are simply too inconsistent to rely on or even roll the dice on.  Solid Starts:  Palmer, Fitzgerald  Bench:  J.J. Nelson, Michael Floyd, John Brown

Run Happy

Tennessee (@CHI):  Let's just say this:  the Bears are an absolute mess.  DeMarco Murray could have 100/1 by halftime.  If you're a Derrick Henry owner and think you can sneak some production in via blowout, that's still a dice roll.  He did look good against Jacksonville, but that was back in Week 8.  Not much since then.  Rely on Murray but Henry is risky.  Solid Start:  Murray  Risk/Reward:  Henry

Miami (vs. MIA):  No other defense yields as many fantasy points to RBs than the Niners.  Add in a long flight to Miami and this Niner defense is going to be hurting.  Especially after Jay Ajayi pounds them for 60-70 yards in the first half alone.  Plus, this Niner team has allowed 8 RB scores in 4 away games this season.  Cha-ching!  Solid Start:  Ajayi
