Pass Happy/Run Happy - Week 11

Pass Happy

TEN (@IND): We are witnessing some really good QB play from younger QBs this season.  Marcus Mariota, for one.  Jameis Winston's another.  And that Dak Prescott guy?  Let's focus on Mariota here, who threw for his third-straight 3+ TD game last week.  What's amazing is that he's been only gaining minimal yardage on the ground, something we initially thought would be the "bonus" to owning him.  The Colts, once again, have a bend-but-don't-break type of defense, that will yield a ton of yardage through the air.  Problem is, though, they're so weak against the run that we expect DeMarco Murray to also produce.  Mariota will still be a fantastic fantasy start, even if he doesn't pass for another 3 TDs.  Solid Starts:  Mariota, Delanie Walker  Good Starts:  Rishard Matthews  PPR Gambles:  Tajae Sharpe, Kendall Wright

PIT (@CLE):  Right now, the Browns are putting up a fight every week.  This is good news for the Pittsburgh offense.  Coming off a heartbreaker to the Cowboys, they need a contest like this.  Should be easy pickin's for Ben Roethlisberger, and the Browns will put up enough of a fight to keep things interesting down to the final quarter.  Interesting couple of notes here;  Eli Rogers has rendered Sammie Coates fairly useless, and the return of Ladarius Green has made Jesse James a fantasy afterthought.  The TEs will each produce, and therefore suck any fantasy value out from the other.  Solid Starts:  Roethlisberger, Antonio Brown  Good Start (PPR):  Rogers  Flip a Coin in PPR:  James, Green

NEP (@SFO):  Looking at the matchups this week, there may not be a 100+ yard rusher.   At least no one is particularly standing out.  We do like the Pats' chances at running up the yardage and scores on the Niners this week.  Likely no Gronk, so expect a lot of handing off to LeGarrette Blount.  Also of note, looks like Dion Lewis is healthy, and what better situation than to get him back in sync with Tom Brady and the Pat offense than against a defense like the Niners.  Did you see how slow LB Nick Bellore looked last week?  I don't know if that guy could catch a cold.  No offense, Nick, I own you in two leagues and you've been awesome.  Anyways, back to the Pats' runners.  If Lewis isn't inactive, expect them to test him out, and he'd be a decent PPR gamble.  If he's inactive, James White will be a nice PPR play.  Solid Start:  Blount  PPR Play:  Lewis or White

KCC (vs. TBB):  The Chiefs won ugly again last week.  Thinking they'll have an easier time with the Bucs.  Spencer Ware should touch the ball 20 times and score twice here this week.  Charcandrick West has fallen off and Jamal Charles is just too banged up to play.  Should be a busy day for Ware.  He's one of our favorite RB plays of the week.  Solid Start:  Ware
