Pass Happy/Run Happy - Week 4
Pass Happy

CAR (@ATL):  We will forgo the obvious great passing matchups and instead focus on a couple that may surprise a few folks.  Cam Newton typically only throws for 250ish yards, and only had 3 300+ yarders last year.  Well, he already has one under his belt this year and faces an Atlanta defense that was shredded by Drew Brees.  No surprise there, but expect Cam an the passing game to be in full effect with a depleted running back stable and their desire to get things back on track after last week's beatdown.   Expect huge things from Cam and Kelvin Benjamin, and Greg Olsen will also be a solid start as the Falcons are dead last in terms of allowing fantasy points to TEs.   Solid Starts:  Newton, Benjamin, Olsen

WAS (vs. CLE):  Kirk Cousins continues to throw for about 300 (or more) yards every week.  No run game will make that happen.  Cousins and the Redskin offense has a chance here to build on last week's improvements and put some hurtin' on the Browns.  Solid Starts:  Cousins and Jordan Reed  Good Start:  DeSean Jackson  PPR Play:  Jamison Crowder

Run Happy

NEP (vs. BUF):  Typically you avoid NEP RBs, but when this team is rolling and their offense just gets being the charging bull, Blount becomes a solid and safe start.  BUF is below average at stopping the run and with major question marks at QB, expect Blount to be busy.  If you're in a PPR format and want to roll the dice, James White could be plugged in at flex now that bye weeks are upon us.  Solid Start:  Blount  PPR Dice Roll:  White

DET (@CHI):  Rookie Dwayne Washington wasn't too stellar last week but faced a legit Packer run D.  This week, the seas shall part and the dynamic runner will find lanes to exploit and should have 70+ yards and a score.  As always, Theo Riddick is a fine PPR play.  Good Start:  Washington  Good PPR Start:  Riddick
