Armchair Quarterback - Week 1
Well here we are, Week 1 about to close and what a week it was.  More games decided by 2 or fewer points in any other week in the NFL.  Crazy.  Let's talk about a few things.

Injuries:  Gotta start here, 'cuz there were a lot.  Looks like RG3 is going to be shut down for a while.  Not sure if this affects the progress of the young WRs, but maybe Gary Barnidge doesn't fall off.  Sucks for Keenan Allen owners.  This guy just can't stay healthy.  Tyrell Williams should be on your radar.  Russell Wilson rolled his ankle, but thinking he should be OK.  Perhaps temper your expectations for him, especially running the football, for a week.  Sammy Watkins' foot is still bothersome and he could be done for the SEASON.  Ouch.  Mohamed Sanu was watched limping off the field yesterday after an impressive Falcon debut.  Keep watch there.  Rob Gronkowski sat Week 1 out and could be bothered by his hammy for a couple more weeks.

Studs:  Check out what Andrew Luck and Drew Brees did.  Not saying that'll be a weekly thing but wouldn't be surprised if they finish #1-2 this year.  Figured Spencer Ware would be a Week 1 stud even with rumblings that the Chiefs would involve all three of their backs.  He was our #13 RB and looking back we should have trusted our gut even more.  We didn't even have A.J. Green in our top-25 as we expected a slug-fest with the Jets and they typically cover him well.  He looked good.  Who is Jack Doyle?

Duds:  If you had a lineup headlined by Rivers, AP, Freeman, Dez and Watkins you'd feel pretty good going into Week 1.  You'd come out with like 25 points from them.  Ouch again.

Looking Ahead:  Some juicy matchups coming up, with the Saints/Giants sure to feature plenty of passing, the Cowboys/Redskins are always entertaining, and figure the Jags will put some points on the Chargers in sunny San Diego.  If you have questions on who to add, who to trade, who to start... sign up now!  Use the code "2win" for 10% off.
